Resilience and Adaptability

Our working lives are full of challenges and changes. Sometimes, that can become overwhelming, causing stress, exhaustion and unhappiness, which in turn also negatively impacts the wider team and the organisation as a whole. So, how do we cultivate within ourselves the resources we need to bounce forwards from challenges and adapt positively to changes?

Resilience and adaptability are two key skills that can help us to successfully navigate challenges so that we can thrive through turbulent times rather than simply survive.

In this workshop, participants will: explore the impacts of working in an environment full of challenge and change; discover how resilient they are – and how they can increase their resilience; understand how we can become more adaptable; and learn how we can cultivate a growth mindset to help us deal with challenge and change.

Participants will leave the workshop with clear, actionable tools and strategies to help them increase their resilience and adaptability.
