Being in / Leading Through Change and Ambiguity

According to Greek philosopher Heraclitus, the only constant in life is change. That couldn’t be truer than in today’s working environments – our working worlds are constantly changing and at pace.

But for many of us, change – and the ambiguity and uncertainty that often comes with it – is unsettling and stressful. So, how can we effectively react and adapt to inevitable change? And how can managers successfully lead others through turbulent times?

In this workshop, participants will: explore the impacts of change and ambiguity and our reactions to them; work with the change curve to identify where they and others are and how they may move forward; and understand the role of resilience, adaptability and mindset and how we can develop skills in these areas.

Participants will leave the workshop with increased confidence and practical tools that will enable them to adapt positively and effectively navigate the challenges of change and ambiguity.
