Workplace mediation

All organisations experience workplace conflict – because where there are people, there is potential for conflict.

Conflict can be extremely costly and resource-intensive for the organisation and very upsetting and stressful for the individuals involved. Through mediation Caroline provides a time-efficient and cost-efficient solution, which supports both parties.

Mediation is an informal, confidential process that provides an opportunity for people in conflict to openly talk through issues with an impartial mediator in order to find a way forward. Caroline is highly skilled at helping people communicate more effectively with each other. Objective and impartial, she will not judge, criticise, take sides, interrogate or tell the individuals involved what they should do.

Throughout the mediation, Caroline’s role to help the individuals involved to gain clarity around the situation, to facilitate a conversation between the individuals and to help them reach a resolution that is mutually acceptable.

Caroline’s mediation services offer an effective process to manage unhealthy, destructive and disruptive workplace disputes and to support individuals to resolve workplace conflicts.
